PHYSICAL
Push Your Body to Soaring Heights
Step into the unknown with full trust that you can achieve groundbreaking results.
The top athletes in the world know all about preparation, commitment and persistence. They know that tomorrow is never the day to start, that it all begins in each moment. My role is to break you down physically so that you may rebuild yourself on your path to self-transformation. My program won’t throw some ridiculous workout regime or diet plan at you that will leave you burned out and feeling like a failure. My goal is to teach you a simple morning routine that will change the way you start your day. In doing this you will become more in tune with your body and begin to teach your body to crave something different. By creating awareness about your body and what it wants, you eliminate the ability for the mind to get in the way. You will then be able to take this physical element into other aspects, more challenging aspects like mountain climbing, mountain biking, endurance runs, backcountry skiing and just about whatever you are passionate about from golf to fly fishing.
Ask yourself this - when you set a new physical goal and you a few days or weeks in when that soreness is really kicking your ass, is it your physical self that keeps you from finishing your commitment? Often not the case unless you break a leg or injure yourself. How many diets and gym memberships will you go through before you realize that it is your mental programming that is keeping you from achieving your goals? That is why we tackle both the mental and the physical together. That is why we must have a balance between that burning desire and the actual transformation.
Balance & Stability
Today our lives keep us out of balance with our body. By focusing on a new morning routine, you will be well on your way to establishing balance.
Coordination & Awareness
By improving control and awareness of your own body you will have a deeper connection with your movements and have a better feel when it comes to being on the mountain, hiking, running, yoga and all of your movements.
Strength & Endurance
Being honest with yourself is a humbling experience and there is no better way toward humility than through a good ole “sufferfest”! We will approach endurance as an ant builds its heap, and that is one step at a time, one day at a time through consistent small steps.
